Our headquarters office at 212 Van Buren Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20012 is open Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2 pm. Urban Service is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Service will be provided on the next scheduled day of service unless an arrangement has been made in advance for additional service.
